  7.     free access to Actrix, including downloading of files and
  8.     reading of the USEnet news system.  Simply fill out the 
  9.     new user questionnaire for automatic approval.  Note that
  10.     you will not be able to send electronic mail or post news
  11.     items until you subscribe.  Only users who provide real names
  12.     and a telephone contact number will receive free access.
